I Love Deer Valley Real Estate During the Holidays

Deer Valley real estate is glorious indeed especially around this time of year. This is a true statement because the holidays bring a special warmth to the Park City metro region. The area is already known to be a winter wonderland because of its wonderful outdoor, snow related activities. Not the least of these includes skiing, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, sledding, snow man construction, snow ball fights and so many other things. But when the holidays roll around the area really comes into its own with all of the Christmas decorations, lights and everything else associated with the season.

SANTA LOVES DEER VALLEY REAL ESTATE AS WELL

Christmas is a special time of year. Some people are uncomfortable saying “Merry Christmas” for fear that they will offend a non Christian. But for me the saying, “Happy Holidays” always seemed a bit watered down. I never really understood why a non Christian would take offense at someone wishing them a Merry Christmas. But then again I am not a non Christian and have never had (or will have for that matter) the chance to experience the situation. That said, I still do not see what the big deal is to be honest.

I mean I cannot see myself being offended by a person wishing me a happy Hanuka. I suppose this is not quite the same because Christians are in the majority and vastly out number the Jewish population in the part of the world where I live. Christians also out number Muslims, Hindus and other religious groups. I do not know whether Christians out number secularists in my area. I suppose that population is sizable but more people than not seem to associate themselves with some type of religion. Regardless of faith, however, nothing beats Deer Valley during the holidays.

The Park City real estate market is booming because of all the attractions that a home owner can take advantage of that exists in close proximity. The state of Utah is well known for not only its world-class skiing and snowboarding resorts but also its spectacular red rock deserts. Utah is also world renowned l as one of the nation’s premier states for conducting business.

Park City was the host of the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. It was selected as such because Utah boasts a plethora of recreation and culture. This includes professional sports teams such as the Utah Jazz.  It also includes cultural experiences such as the Utah Symphony, Ballet West, and Utah Opera. Moreover, Utah is home to exceptional art galleries and concert venues, as well as award-winning restaurants and a lively nightlife scene.

Utah also is home to a limitless variety of activities and entertainment. Salt Lake City International Airport is considered to be Utah’s gateway to the world. It is ranked as one of the nation’s best airports for on time departures and arrivals and it is also known to be one of the lowest airports in percentage of flights cancelled. Salt Lake City’s airport is just fifteen minutes from most Salt Lake neighborhoods and forty minutes from the Park City real estate that we all know and love.

In the summer, Utah boasts some of the best hiking, golf, mountain biking, backpacking, camping, fishing, boating, river rafting, rock climbing, and more that the world has to offer. Utah is home to the Mighty Five National Parks, over forty state parks, countless lakes and reservoirs, and some of the most scenic public and private golf courses in the country. Many of these scenic golf courses are championship-designated. This is why we say that there is something for everyone during the summer in Utah.

A brand new gondola makes it even easier for me to love Lift Park City and all the other attractions in the area. Designed to connect the Park City Ski Resort with the Canyons Ski Resort, this newly made connection has made the Park City Mountain into the largest ski resort in the entire U. S. A. Owning a home in Deer Valley will give you excellent access to this fantastic ski resort.

I LOVE ALL THAT LIFT PARK CITY HAS TO OFFER

Deer Valley combines fantastic luxury real estate with world class skiing and golfing. Many residences provide for ski in and ski out accommodations making for a very convenient and easy way to hit the slopes in the morning and then hit the hay at the end of the day.
